FLORIDA... Missing letterboxes...

From: ekofoto (ekofoto@aol.com) | Date: 2002-07-06 20:08:32 UTC
I'e been following the posts, and frustratingly searching for
letterboxes in Florida, that have come up missing. One or two due to
weather conditions or unscrupulous happenings is expected. However,
it seems to be happening enough that it has stirmed my suspicious
juices. I don't believe in coincidence!!! As a result, I thinking of
placing boxes, where the final clue must be requested for on the
message board, as well as by E-mai to me. I would then provide that
one and only clue which would make the letterbox "findable" (coined
phrase LOL)... I'm relatively new at this, and I don't purport to be
an expect. So, any ideas or suggestions along these lines would be
greatly appreciated and entertained. Kokopelli Paul

Just an idea for you. Why not make your letterboxes multi-part? The
seeker would have to locate a few pre-indentified landmarks along the
path and email that info to you, then you could email back the final
resting spot of your box.

P.S. We know what Kokopelli's treasure is ;)

Thank you Gore Family... I've been making my letterboxes multi part already
and "knock on wood", I haven't lost one yet. However, by having the seeker
E-mail me as well as posting on the website, we "sorta kinda" have a record
of who finds it!!!
PS: What is Kokopelli's Treasure? give me a hint... but don't be a spoiler
LOL... Kokopelli Paul
